General Information

All online orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS or U.S. Postal Service within one or two business days after receipt of order, and should take no more than seven business days after shipping to arrive at most U.S. addresses.

Please Note: All orders received on a Friday will ship on Monday, which is the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are automatically calculated by weight, volume and destination for each product. Shipping costs are furthermore calculated using the customer-selected shipping provider’s pricing structure, and your cost is therefore also dependent upon which shipping provider you select during checkout (Fedex, UPS, or USPS).

Rush Shipping

We apologize, but at this time, we do not offer rush shipping options. Each product is shipped as soon as we can, in the order in which it was received, and most of the time within 24 hours of receipt of an order. We may look at providing such services in the future if such a need arises.

Shipping Damage

Any damage to products due to handling by the shipping provider (Fedex, UPS, USPS) is the responsibility of the provider selected, and should be brought to the attention of the selected provider. Upon receiving your product, you should inspect the package for any damage; report any visual damage immediately to the delivery driver, and refuse acceptance if necessary if you believe, by observation of the packing, that the contents are surely damaged beyond usable condition.
URGuitars will help as much as possible with any shipping damage claims you have by providing a statement of “condition upon shipping”, but provides no guarantee to the quality and/or reliability of each of the shipping service provider.
