Here’s how it works…
First 5 Days
If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 5 days after your purchase, please contact us to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Then, after obtaining the RMA number, simply return the products we shipped to you, and we will issue you a full refund (minus a 15% restocking fee). Please note: Shipping costs and return shipping are not considered/included, and cannot be refunded in part or in whole. Please Note: all returned products must be in the original condition in which it was shipped and have all of the original materials (cables, manuals, power supplies, ect.) that came with the product at the time of purchase or no refund will be issued.
After 5 Days
If for some reason you are dissatisfied more than 5 days after purchasing, please get in contact with us to explain your dissatisfaction. At that time, we may choose to do one of various options dependent upon the circumstances/situation/product:
- Issue you an RMA, and refund the full purchase price upon receipt of the products (minus shipping fees and 15% restock fee).
- Repair or replace your product (if we determine the issue is a warranty-related issue)
- Issue a partial refund (depending on the type of product purchased)
- Decline the refund in whole
In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy beyond the 5 day guarantee, physical products (and any included accessories) should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below. You must first contact URGuitars.com to obtain an RMA number. You must also include the RMA Number that URGuitars.com issued to you on the shipping container, along with your original purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make an assessment on your refund. Products returned after the 5 days should be in original condition (i.e. we could resell them because they’re in perfect condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 15-30 percent (15%-30%) of the purchase price if the return shipping is postmarked/initiated beyond 5 days from date of initial order.
You can Email your return requests to email@example.com in order to obtain an RMA number within the first 5 days. Please include the words “Return Request” in the subject line of your email. Also include the order number, and the product name you are requesting a refund for. Returns will not be excepted with out an RMA number issued from us here at UR Guitars.com
